Relax on ultra-comfy seating and use your own log-ins to watch all your favorite shows and sports on the 70” Samsung smart TV with 200+ channels and access to streaming services, such as Amazon Prime, Fire TV, Hulu, and Netflix. Experience the convenience of an Echo Show (Alexa) unit on a shelf below the TV.

Security is provided by a Ring doorbell camera and a camera on the driveway.

Host lives in neighborhood and is available to serve guest needs.
